hi all ..i m trying to put down my weight .now i m taking precautions in my diet.thn i started doing skipping .for a day i m doing 500skips.is it a good exercise?can u plz tell me is it a good way of burning fat?kindly reply..

Taking any pills or skipping meals doesnt help in long terms. Try exerciing regularly, changing form of exercise after weight becomes stagnant for more than 2 weeks(switch to running, swimming, doing weights along with little cardio etc), eat healthier(salad, fruit and non gravy veg cooked in less oil) and have patience. The fat you earned over years cannot go in a day or two. It takes time. Be sincere and work at it continuously.Dont go for instant results , they dont last longer. make sure to have breakfast lunch and dinner with a snack like apple. eat smaller portions. eat 2 phulkas instead of 3 at a time. avoid eating rice as well as chapati. eat one thing in one meal.

hey hi,
The skipping you do will really burn your fat but the dieting thing is bad
Have enough food but the low calories one only ok. And along witht the skipping thing i think you should also starting walking or jogging or running or cycling because these all things burn more calory than skipping. well hope this idea will have some use for u.

Hi,

Skipping is a good fat burner. Gradually increase your numbers.
You may want to also include hi-low impact aerobics, and combine walking, running, swimming with muscle building regimen.

Change your daily routine so you don't get bored while at the same time targeting different areas of your body. It is best to rest muscles for a day so target different ones with a variety.

Healthy and wise eating can also help in combating fat. Drink a full glass of water before you eat and balance your meals by equal helpings of carbo, protein and essential nutrients while cutting down on fat and sugar which should be no more than 2 teaspoons per day.

Have fun and don't give up.
