for all this,,,make sure that your child balances his diet with proper foods, proper combinations and proper fibr,,so as to ensure good health.
expect loss of apetite, lack of int in foods during teething, prelimnry signs of ne illness to strike, child in need of change in texture, flavours(add in mild spices gradually along with the foods,,esp indian ones),shapes(make it funny and appealing),,and colours(when you start finger foods, make sure to make the plate with diff colours of vegies or fruits)...
make sure to cross check for ne rashes, stomach discomforts,,whenever a new food is introduced and make sure he is comfortable eating tht food in its original taste(avoid salt or ne other additive in startng,,add ins if you like after 1 week of introducng the new foods,,,)
good luck..this all should help you plan your child diet until 1 year !
