Can those of you who took saffron during pregnancy please let me know if it helped your child be fairer than you ?
I see many parents who have children much fairer than them. Though we may say that it is just genes, i feel it is more than that.

I was made to deink coconut water everyday to get a fair kid.
I donno how much of it isdue to genes or coconut water ....

Hi priya,
Some people believe that if you take saffron along with milk during pregnancy, the child will have good complexion.But you know one fact , saffron increases the body temperature which may not be good during pregnancy.if you want ur child to get fair complexion, drink pomegranate juice (freshly prepared) daily one glass atleast for one month.It has antioxidants which is good for you and the baby.Good luck!
