Hi

My daughter is 6months old we came to India when she was 3months. She gets cold and fever ever 10days doctor gave her antibiotic but no improvement she says baby does not respond to the medicine. She was very quiet and cheerful kid now she screaming a lot and does not drink milk properly just like only 4ounce per day she cries but does not eat well and sleep.

This is driving me mad without sleep in the night and hearing loud crying noise. Pl help.

U can consult Dr. Arvind Taneja, MaxPanchsheel Ph No. 26499870 for appointment. He is the best Pedia I ever know and very well respected. U can also try homeopathic medicine but u have to be sure of the homeopath to start that.

Hi geetha

You should try biochemic medicines. These are available in any homeopathic pharmacy. I have been using these medicines for years now. They are very safe and have no side effects, even on babies. My mom used to give me those when I was a baby too.
For fever you have to ask for Biochemic combination (BP) no. 11. And for chronic colds its BP no. 6. An adult has to take 4 tab each time 4 times a day. For a baby, you can dissolve 8 tabs of each of these two BPs in a litre of water and give 2-4 spoons every 30 mins. For long term effect continue this treatment for at least 5-6 weeks.
I am sure your baby's health will improve very soon. Wish you all the best.
