Hi Everyone,
I delivered a boy on 1st Nov. I am thinking to go to India for 25 days in Jan. By that time my son will be two and half moths. He is on breast feeding + pumping + formula. He is going to have his two moths shorts 10 days before our departure.
I am going to Ahmedabd,Gujarat. Is it safe for him to go there? How will be the flight for him considering 22 hrs ......I also heard about the ear infection due to the air pressure whill taking off nad landing the plane?
DO you know someone has gone to a long trip with 2 months baby? Any suggestions?

Hi
There is not any infection while landing or taking off. But there is change in pressure what babies feel in their ears and start crying. The best way is that they should keep on sucking while landing or taking off. As you breast feed, you may do that at that time. If you don´t feel comfortable publically, you may give him soother if he is already taking. Otherwise give him milk bottle. There will not be any problem. Use boiled water for preparing farmula or drinking of baby. Normally babies sleep in travelling. Take some of his toys so that he can play in plane.
