Hi Hetal & other moms in India,

I want to give oats to my 10 months old son. which oats are good. Quick cooking or normal ones. How about quarker oats?

If any one is using for their little ones please let me know..

Use the normal oats not quick cooking variety. I read somewhere (either Hetal' s post or wholesomebabyfood - website ) that the quick cooking type is processed more and hence provides a little less nutrition than the normal one
I use \" Kwality\" oats in Blore. Just powder it & cook it with milk or water. My 8 month old loves it.. touch wood.. she hates almost everything else...
