Hetal replied. start yogurt first,,its easy to see the acceptance.offer as a seperate serving(baby yogurt/yobaby in US from stores or fresh home made)
once he is comforable in 3-4dyas, with it, start next week cheese...
yes once child is comfortable offer it on same day..let yogurt be a sep serving and cheese be part of meals..avoid offering both in one meal ! let one be snack and other be the brunch !
yogurt to offer in late noon(meal after lunch),,and cheese to offer first time in brunch/meal before lunch or during breakfast as an application.,
once comfortable with cheese mixed in foods, at 10months onwards, offer cheese as a sep serving,,like cheese chunks and crackers with juice, in early evening snack.
some kids are sensitive to yogurt and might cause constipatn,,offering with buttermilk consistency will avoid it..
some kids get cnstipation or smelly bowels with cheese,,,offering as a part of meal or mixed in meals will not give these probs..if child is constipatd or has smelly bowels with these,,dont offer sep serving,,offer it mixed or blend or cooked/mixed with meals..and it should be a good accpetnce from child.
