I find it strange that you feel too lazy to exercise. Because one exercises not just to lose weight but also to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Weight loss and toning your body to look good is the bonus!!

Having said that you might want to see a good nutritionist who will prescribe an eating plan that lets you eat 6-7 times a day. You have to follow it meticulously and you will see the kilos drop off. For your height [and you must be a young lady if you are thinking of pregnancy] you seem to be obese.

Don' t lose weight just to get pregnant, Lose it because you will feel and look good and you will be healthy and fit. Obesity brings a lot of diseases with it, like high blood pressure, diabetes and heart trouble. And think of your poor legs which have to carry all that extra poundage around!!

It does not matter if you are a working woman or a homemaker [also a full time job!!]

I am a full time mom and I work, I look after a lovely home and a farm on weekends. I find the time to exercise daily [at a gym and a yoga class] and I look good, feel really fit, clothes of all kinds look great on me and my skin glows!

You' re worth it!!! And you can do it!!!!

A great method to lose weight is actually by maintaining a proper diet and proper diet is a diet which is based on one' s lifestyle and personality. The important thing to note here is that diet differs from person to person and even location to location.Physical activity is also important in weight loss as it speeds up the metabolism in the body which is very much required for weight loss..The entire fundamental of weight loss lies in burning out the extra calories taken in by the body..

Hi, I tried eating only 1/2 cup rice a day or two times a day along with lot of green vegetables, dal and atleast one salad each day. Trust me I lost 4 kgs in two months time. Not only that I took healthy foods at regular intervals like fruits, porridge, non creamy biscuits, tea. Trust me it reaaly works out well. I never know dieting was so easy. All u need to do is avoid cheese, junk food, fried and oily food or take them in very less quantity and inlcude wheat items like roti, chapathi. I never knew dieting was so healthy, fun and exciting. Also u can jog just 20 minutes daily at any time before going to bed, it will help strenghthen ur muscles and will give u a good shape. But never ever Starve!!!!!

diet during pregnancy
Maintaining a healthy diet during pregnancy is very important.

During this time, your body needs additional nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

In fact, you may need 350–500 extra calories each day during the second and third trimesters.

A diet lacking in key nutrients may negatively affect the baby’s development.
