Diet and Exercise:how to reduce weight faster?

hi i am 26 years, married. My height is 5.3 and weight is 58 kgs. But i still want to reduce weight more to 4-5 kgs. I am lazy in doing excersise.But i want to know, how can i loose weight by my eating habits. How effective is green/diet tea?

Hi ds, even you have maintained your self very well and dont need to loss but still if you want reduce you can use fatflux it is a herbal product which reduce weight with same diet habits there is no need of dieting with it,for information visit:- fatflux

120 lbs is not big. I looked like a refugee from concentration camp when I weighted that much.

Cut sweet stuff. Soda pop is bad. Smoothies can be misleading too. Fresh fruit is way better. You can lose a lot of weight by not drinking sweet stuff. Try adding a side order of vegetable for lunch and dinner. Half sandwich and a salad would be better than pizza. These are as easy to prepare as microwave food. Steam vegetables with dinner. Something like that. Vegetables fill you up but do not add calories. Good for digestive system too.

I want to emphasize again. You are not big.
I can refer few dietitian, you can visit cradle maternity hospital in Bangalore their website is thecradlebangalore, if you looking for good dietitian or just type in Google you will definitely get some good dietitian

Hi if u are lazy to do exercise i can give u some tips. In the morning in hot water mix honey and lime and drink it. Second think u go for walking atleast for 30 minutes everyday. Third thing u can do is drink green chinese herbal tea which will help u reduce weight faster.
