Iam trying since 8 months.This time doctor told me clomid worked as she could see good follicles and asked me to come after 2 days prior to next due of my period.
Archie during this period what food i have to intake,any special care to taken.Iam not having Tea after reading some posts here.But iam fond of potato wafers sometimes i do have it may be alternative days in the office.
IS it safe archie to have oil things during this period.Please advise. archie replied. Supriya,
I think latelyone someone who just said positive hpt and I said do not take tea, suddenly messages are roaring with tea as a bad thing while ttc. In reality it's nothing like that. Tea is not a bad thing while ttc, sure not good also if you take too much a cup or two should be Ok.

I would not recommend \" green salads\" as sometime they might not be very clean, unless you clean them on your own to avoid any bacteria.

there is nothing like eat and avoid during luteal phase but yes once you conceived and confirmed pregnancy then there are some dos and donts.

Try to avoid junk...carry some fruits with you and eat that. eating few chips is harmless, but don't substitute that for food...eat green salad, sprouts, palak, fruits etc...this would give you lot of physical strenght.

As far as tea goes, one cup shld be ok i suppose...no abusing!!!
