My Baby is 7 Months old.He has been having Eczema since he was 2 months old.It comes as a rash on and off.Its not present continuosly.Now he is getting a patchy rash on his Foot and Elbow. If you can try and avoid using cortisone ,it thins the skin layer . sonia replied. hi ! both my children had eczema and my little one' s just started to fade off. so be patient. cortisone does help but eventually it is the only way out. but it thins the skin so u' re prone to other problems. so be careful when u take the baby out in the sun. ok ! keep the patchy skin moist. don' t use soap everyday. u can use eucerine original - it' s the thick white cream inthe jar. and cetaphil for bathing. these help a lot. depends where u r living - the situation might get better or worse. the weather really contributes to this. and u should see what the baby is eating. sometimes food also aggrevates. it could be the clothes too. so u will have to dig into this problem. u must consult the doctor. let me know if u need more help. homeopathy is slow but really helps ! hope this info helps.
