I am a south indian living in NJ. I have a almost 10 month old girl. Looks like she has had enough of jar-food (gerber and the likes) and she doesnt seem to like them lately. Any ragi recipes I could do for her? Also, anyone gives their little ones rice and rasam or are they still too young for it? Thanks for reply..

Hi, this is one of the feeds that I give my 10-month old Sidhant since 5-months.Take equal proportions of ragi,rice,wheat,moong dal.Wash,dry & roast crisp,then grind them fine separately,Seive and mix everything together.pressure cook for 4-5 whistles and add milk/Lactogen before feeding.It may sound a lenghty procedure but it is worth the effort.
