Thanks for your help. In regards to your reply, Actually the month my periods got delayed by 10 days was the month in which I did not take clomid. I had taken clomid the months before that and i had my periods on time infact clomid had made my cycle short the previous mth. So since I did not take clomid in Oct I was due on the 19th Oct and my periods came on 29th Oct. I was wondering why this hapnd and spoke to my RN and she said that maybe I ovulated late..is it possible? Also I have got all possible check ups done for me and my husband both. My hubby's sperm analysis has been done and is excellent. I am so confused as to why I am not able to conceive even after taking clomid and I was for sure ovulating and i also ovulate naturally. My doc has done progesterone level test many times and it has always been higher than 14 when i am ovulating naturally. My tubes are also fine had got HSG done and when i was starting clomid my doc even checked my FSH and LH levels and they both are normal. I am normal weight too. do u still think i cud have had a miscarriage archie? thanks for your help once again archie.

I don't think it was miscarriage then. I was considering the 10 days delay with clomid treatment.

you might have had anovulatory cycle or delayed ovulation.

Although tought to say, sounds like case is perfectly normal and fall in category of \" unexplained infertility\" .

you might want to work on stress of yours and your husbands. try to live stress free and enjoy intimacy than thinking of baby each time around ovulation.

Adapt good sleep and relaxed life style and see concern free sexual life and stress free routine will help you both getting success.

I would suggest to wear totally cotton textured undergarment for you both. You can avoid tea/coffee instead drink green tea. Your spouse can take black coffe an hour before intercourse, this is around ovulation.

Try to use OPK and intercourse only for two days (once in 24 hrs) from the positive LH.

relax from that point and see what happens.
