I have been trying for the last 4 months. What I have noticed is that after we have the intercourse; I raise my legs for 15 minutes; then I do not get up out of the bed for 45 mins. But once I get up all the sperms flow out. Can some one tell me what is happening.

Hi Aarti,
I had the same doubt /query a few years back when i was trying to conceive(now I have a baby).....and as Neha said its ok....just one sperm is reqd.....so even though u think that all the sperms flow out....thats not the case....

hi aarti,
relax nothing to worry about.
just needs 1 sperm to fertilize your egg.
try keeping a pillow below your buttocka. no need to raise your legs. lying down for 45 mins thats good .
you are doing everything right.
