Hi,

I had written you last week regarding my clomid dose and ttc. This was my 2nd colid month and unlike last month I got my periods on Cd 24 last month had got it on CD 34. But, this month my BBt was up only for 2 days day, 14 and 15. And then it started coming down. I do not understand whether iam ovulating on clomid or just getting my periods without ovulation.
Docter has now put me on 100 mg dosage of clomid. She, cehck me yestr from vaginal opening and siad that everything looks fine. May be she meant I have no cysts. But, we do not want to go for that follicular tests so soon, we first want to try for few months on clomid. Doc siad that, she'll keep me on 100 mg for 2 months now and then increase it after that.
Do, you suggest any other tests? Do you think I should take those progresteron emdicines now itself with clomid as my luteal phase was not at all high this month. What should I do archie, here in US the gynacs are pretty cool about it. And say that lets keep trying on clomid without any more tests right now. What should I DO?

I think you should insist up on follicular tests, if not then do a favor try to use OPK at home to see if you are ovulationg. Because if not succedded in six cycles of clomid they are going to suggest IVF or some sort of option. Please, talk to your Dr. not only about dose but also options beyond six rounds of clomid. you should be very sure about ovulation and if required can try for IUI, still cheaper than IVF in future if that's what final resort is.
