hi ! all, my son is about 10 mnths old and weights only 18 pounds. he' s had numerous ear infections so has had lot of antibiotics so i haven' t been able to establish any eating patterns with him. he just won' t eat during the course of antibiotics and that has just ruined his health totally and so he has not established any taste for any kind of foods. all he likes is mashed potatoes and yo-baby. now i am in a total fix. even though he is fine now, has no teeth yet. he just doesn' t want to eat. can anyone help me here. what do i do. my doctor says he just wants control and so i have tried serving finger foods too. he' ll take a little and then thats' s it. i give him some gerber puffs, cut pear pieces, some banana pieces. but as a meal i am sure he is not getting enough. he was born 3 weeks early and weight just close to 7 pounds. i am in a real fix as i am very worried about his weight. he cannot just sustain on milk at this age. his doctor is not worried with his weight at all. any tips please ! thank u to whoever is reading and spending time on sending me some tips. i really appreciate it !
