Body and Fitness:i want good figure Priya jee

I want to loose my tummy..Actually i do walking daily for 40 mins..Fast walking..So bcoz of this my thighs r too slim but my waist area n my hips r heavy..I want good figure..So plz suggest me any excercise or any diet which is good for my figure...

I am not a dietician but you may want to limit your diet to non-fatty foods and eat only the amount of calories you can burn, not more. You may want to check the number of calories your body type needs. Enter you height, weight and age on the internet, and you will find the number of calories you need to intake each day.

Also eat in moderation. Sugar and carbohydrates are stored as body fat so limit that. Don't 'fill up' on food. Eat equal parts of vegetable, grain, carbo's and protein. Never take a second helping and drink a full glass of water before you eat so you don't eat as much. Cut out fat completely.

As far as exercise, aerobics is great to burn calories. Get a fat burner video and have fun.You will shed weight quickly if you keep it up with a good restricted but healthy diet and you will love your new body.

lay on ur back n cycle in da air for 10min ..drink a bowl of soup in da evening...eat v less at night...eat heavy in da morning n afternoon...da most imp eat as much as u want but on time. u will find a change Inshallah.

Hay Mallika..Thanks for ur reply...but the excercise which u hv told me only decrease the fat from my thighhs..I want to loose fat from my back side..from my hips n from my waist..my ht is 5ft 2 and wt is 54kg...My legs n arms r slim i i don't want to reduce them..
