Hi guys,

Might sound very stupid but I have a question. We are TTC since last 3 months. But the momnet we have coitus I make sure to sleep with my legs risen so that the sperms go inside and do not come out soon after. I sleep for about 15 mts but after that when i stnad everything comes out. I can see the sperms coming out when i stand.
What should I do. Is it that all the sperms might be coming out and nothing really going in? Is there any other solution for this prob....How long should I sleep in that position after coitus?
Please answer me...

as far as my gynae told u shd keep lying atleast for half an hour (atleast)for sperm to travel that far.

Hey Ruhi,

Please don worry about this at all as it is absolutely normal. Even I used to feel the same way when i had started TTC. I asked my doc the same question and she said that what comes out is not excatly the sperm but the liquid in which the sperms survive in men. So just don worry the sperms are considered warriors as the moment they are ejaculated in the woman's body they start swimming towards the egg. Hope this info helps you.
