Hello Friends,

I m a US based mom moving to Bombay ...kandivali east forever in 2-3 months....i have just no idea of how schooling is in bombay.
My questions are
1) Any good preschools in kandivali east near Thakur Village n Lokhandwala ?
2)does the child need to have 4 years of academics before 1st grade?
3)can a playgroup be done privately and then 3 years in a normal school ?
4)Can a child join in the middle of the yaer in a playgroup ?

Pls answer my questions....since i justr dont know anything about schooling in Bombay.
