hi faith

Maggi noodles should not be taken during pregancy. Maggi noodles contains 'Monosodium Glucumate'. Just check the ingredients in the back of the pack. This MSG salt is not recommended for pregnant women.

Still if u are in doubt just browse in google. Also most of the chinese foods contains MSG, which should be avoided 100%.

hi!
as far as i know, msg is a very harmful ingredient, so much so that even it is banned in some countries. it is also said that foods containing msg should not be given to children below 2 yrs of age. so try hard... just tell urself that you are not keeping yourself away from it but u are protecting ur baby.
btw, i wasnt aware of this when i was carrying and i have had maggi noodles a couple of times during my pregnancy. i delivered a healthy baby by god's grace. however i dont think i would repeat this mistake next time i get pregnant. decision is urs.
happy motherhood!
