Name: siya

am 16yrs old & my height is 5.0'ft. i want to increase 2-3 inches more.

there is no genetical problem as both of my parents & their family background has a good height, all are more than 5.4'.

is there any particular execise or diet that would help me in increasing height?

please give me some tips to increase height( exercise, diet or some other way).

these days on TV they are showing ad of Hiko good height which is a foot wear. many girls are saying they have gained height by using it. but i don't know whether its true or they are saying this for ad. does anyone know about this?

Also, you can wear high heels! Or maybe high-heeled sandals or tennis shoes!

They give the appearance of being taller.

Well, I am sorry to tell you, from the knowledge and research that I have done for myself (I am only 5'7\";), I have only come up with one thing. A vegetarian diet makes your body able to grow more because meat is hard for your body to digest. When you don't eat meat, your body can attend to other things because it is not spending all of its time digesting the tough meat.

Cycle + Swimming is excellent. Also add stretching exercises to it - like Pilates/Yoga.
