I have a doubt between these two - Breast Tenderness & Heavyness. I have seen posting in this message boards that the mpst common Symptom of Pregnancy would be Breast Tenderness. I just want to know if this is wht we feel heavy. Bcoz every time i feel so much of pain & heaviness in my breast b4 my periods. For the past 4 months, where am taking fertility tablets & progestrone in the 2nd half of the cycle, i feel so much if pain & heavyness 10 days b4 my periods. Just let me know if this could be a Symptom of pregnancy. Pls clarify the difference between Tenderness & Heaviness.......

Breast tenderness or broaden areola although are pregnancy symptoms they both are due to elevated levels of progesterone and alone in themselves are not measure of pregnancy.

Vidhu, since you are on progesterone in Luteal phase you face this consequences. I don't mean to sound negative but regardless of outcome you are likely to face what you face in each of the cycle during Luteal Phase while on progesterone.

archie annie replied. areola is the dark area on the breast around the nipple. one of the indications of preg is this drak circle will increase in its size. just watch for it as you approach your periods date. also visit yahoo health or msn health...look for pregnancy & in that look out for signs/symptoms of pregnancy. good luck. annie replied. hey vidhu, it cld be very confusing b/w pms & pregnancy symptoms as most of it will be the same. just check if the areola size has increased(thats another symptom of pregnancy)but generally we will be so tensed that everything will look like preg symptoms:)). to reduce ur pms, i suggest you takeup some exercise. even walking 20 mins a day will help. anyway, we all hope that this is ur preg symptom. good luck. keep ur fingers crossed.so will i. keep us updated. Vids replied. Even I feel the same when I am on clomid and till now havent been successful with pregnancy. I am not discouraging!!!!! But, I have also heard that these r symptoms for preg. Good Luck
