Hi, i have PCOS but my cycle has always been 30-31 days. I have been under treatment and this cycle i took the following medicines:
chymoral forte - to reduce the cysts(but its not contraceptive)
ceftum - for infections
gestin - progesterone
on cd 20 i had light bleeding without any pain, it was not heavier like af, very light and bright pink in colour.
then i am now on cd 32 and yesterday i thick dark brown discharge and today i have little spotting, thick brown or bright red. I don't have any Af cramps as such but i do have back pain.

My Af should be here by now as i had af last on Aug 27.

I am confused, can somebody pls guide me whats wrong.. is it implantation??

if spotting continues for 3 more days it's sort of period. If it stops today after you taking full bed rest then go for hpt tomorrow mornign with first urine.
