Body and Fitness:my breast and Abdomen

hi one and all
pls help me..i have too sagging breast and big Belly...my figure is good but only these two areas is too big..by this i am not able to move out...pls requesting u to give me some usefull suggestion for bot...Or is it ok by taking in some slimming pills...

You need to walk atleast 1-2 miles of briskwalking along with some cardio vascular exercise for 20 mins.Most imp dont forget warm ups ans kool downs... I understand it tuff to manage this along with job but you need to squeeze in atleast an hour everyday.

Hi Usha,
u didnt mention ur age and bout ur food habits and do u work or not..it all depends if u r not a working lady..u can perform some yoga and certain exercise to reduce fat from ur breast and waist area..and make them tight and firm..and need to be careful bout ur diet .. stop taking rice and potato, brinjals, oil, ghee/butter etc these all increase fat in the body..and try to take more and more salad, fruits, curd and green vegetables in ur meal..dont drink water at the end of meal..and chew well ur meals..try to fast atleast once in a week..and u will find gud result comin up..and my suggestion wud be dont go for Slimming Pills...Best Of Luck

My age is 22.. i am a working girl.i do work for IT industry..where i wont get time for yoga and now a days i am having fruits and salads..but i am becoming very inactive at my work also..so only i am trying to come down ..Pls tell me some exercise to come down quick and which make me actice..i am going for walking for half an hour a day..Pls help me...
