Hi Preethu,

I have just finished 27 weeks, but have not seen any stretch marks so far. But I have been using body shop cocoa butter almost from the beginning as it is winters here. Please make sure u use some cream as that's the best we can do. Try Palmer's Cocoa Butter formula as that is what my phramacy lady suggested. However a friend of mine did not have any stretch marks during the pregnancy and they appeared after she delivered , so don't think we can control much. I would suggest you try \";Palmer's Cocoa Butter formula for stretch marks\"; and apply it all of your tummy and upto your breasts.

Take Care - Ritu

Hey Preetu, Oils and Cocoa butter do help relieve the itching and help your skin stretch (like Rama said, they are not necessarily a cure for stretch marks).

Although I haven't seen any on my stomach yet, my mom sure has a whole lot of them..and so do the rest of the women in my family...so I am pretty sure I will too (sooner or later). I've been using the cocoa butter to relieve the itching and it helps.

Take CAre

Hi Preethu,

As the skin over abdomen will keep stretching, might see a slight increase in stretch marks too. I've not noticed any yet, but should start to appear anytime soon. I've already started applying the cocoa butter formula, but i guess any kind of moisturising body lotion should be helpful. Somebody even suggested olive oil to me. Its better if u apply it atleast twice a day, idea is to keep skin supple and well toned, as they tend to appear more on those with dry skin.
Hope this helps.

Take care and best regards-Nikita.

I heard that stretch marks are mostly heriditary.. Sorry that does not help your situation.
Applying moisturizing lotion/ cocoa butter is just a relief but I am not sure it this will actually help..

Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a Diaper Service Provider in Bangalore? They generally provide cloth diapers and replace them with a new set every 2-3 days.

Thanks in advance
