Last year in February i sprayed deoderents and perfumes on my underarms for many days and discovered my skin is allergic to them as it itched intensely,making me feel very uneasy. so i stopped using them.however i was always using talcum powders of all brands since my chilhood with not even 1allergy to them or any itching caused by them.now ever since the damage caused due to deoderents,even application of talcum powders on underarms cause itching on them.so i' m no more able to use talcums too,making me sweat a lot in summers,but no ways to keep myself fragrant.please suggest some home remedies or good products so that my underarm skin heals fully and i' m able to use talcum powders again like before and make myself fragrant as always.because of body odour,even my husband doesnt want to come near me.I' ve been to skin specialists and spent a lot of money,but ,my skin hasn' t healed so far.i want to start using talcum powders again to smell good. I' ve listed a few home remedy, try out.
1) take tea powder mix it with salt water and apply under arm and leave it for few minutes and wash off with water. Do this frequent.

2) take a cucumber, remove skin and rub it all over the body especially at place you sweat a lot. This should be done after bath.

3) can rub lime under your arm and wash off.

4) you can spray purfume to your dress instead of direct to skin, if you are allergy.

5) soak your cloths is nice fregnant softener and dry it. So the nice smell will stick to it.

Buy a empty small spray bottle and fill it with rose water ,spray it and rub it so that the area is not wet .it will give a pleasant odour and work as an astringent too ,minimising sweat.also try to avoid eating oily food ,garlic and onion . Sapna replied. i think u must avoid using any talcum powder or strong perfumes in that area for sometime. in my experience, applying talcum powder in an area where you sweat a lot is unhygenic and also causes unpleasant odour. keep the underarms as clean as possible and wear clothes that dont fit you tightly in that area and allows a lot of air circulation. a good skin specialist should definitely suggest a mild deodarant that can be applied there. avoid direct contact of perfumes etc to your skin.
