I' m an Indian Hindu girl married 1.5 yrs back(marriage registered,no kids),after which I went to UAE.My husband tortured me mentally a lot but within 4 months,our relations started becoming better.I came for vacation alone to Parents(husband dint want to come because of work pressure)& then to in-laws who dint want to keep me & mentally tortured me so much that i came back to parents.I had also brought my gold set alongwith me from UAE to keep in my mother' s house,but had no intention to leave husband.Also my husband isn' t getting my visa issued now.He says he doesnt have a house for us.But I think he' s lying as he hasn' t provided his address till now.(He had changed job after i had left)I' m here for 1.5 years now.He dint provide me money for my medical expenses although he had promised in the beginning when I was leaving.So I wrote to him to support me with 20,000/- monthly as he was supporting me with just 3,000/- monthly and that too only after I had written to him.I' m thinking of filing 498A case against husband & in-laws as he' s hardly communicating with me & my parents for 1 year now,which they came to know in advance.Now my in-laws claim that I left him on my own,left in-laws too out of choice and now demanding money from husband to extort & harass him.But I have no such intentions.I' m doing it only for justice.They say I HAVE LODGED FALSE 498A CASE.Just becoz some gals file false cases against husband and in-laws doesnt mean all DILs are the same.In fact my in-laws are v.cunning.They even lie that they had given me lots of cash when I was leaving for Delhi,still I' m asking for money.But they had just said that I can' t get money if I live with parents.What do I do now?My family is too simple & weak to fight for me & I have no support.
