i m mom of a one yr old .he is not well these days may be because of these cold days.He has puked twice yesterday and passin loose motions as well is havin cough as well. my paed. has adviced some medicines for him but i wil b realy grateful if somebody can give me sugesstions as wat kind of food can be given to him in this situationor r there any home remidies for this. ruchika replied. hi
if he is sick from more then 4-5 days then u better listen to ur doctor

and some home remedies
for cugh grate ginger squize it when u get its juice add honey to it heat it then after sometime it will become thick if u have tulsi leave then u can add its juice also into it then by ur finger u can make ur kid lick many times a day .

for cold
take lemn squize it into a acup of hot (drinkable water) and give to ur son like syprup medicine many times a day BUT REMEMBER WATER SHUD BE WARM NOT COLD .

sikai is also good for kids
try applying vicks at night then wrap him nicely .
