Planning a Baby  Discussion Forum

Hi, I am silent reader of this site. We r trying to get pregnant for almost 2 years. everyone around me are getting pregnant. i am happy for them but i feel depressed when i talk to them as they want to talk more about the babies. I thought i was strong and i could handle this on my own but i was getting depressed more and more each month. certainly i need help as this depresssion is effecting my life so much. can anyone suggest any remedy to keep myself positive,and happy. I felt nice when i saw some of ur positive posts(like sunshine). i wanted to know how u all cope with the stress. really appreciate any suggestions. kshama replied. hi,

yes when meeting people who r pregnant or who have kids will make us sad. I'm sure it happens to all of us. Try to forget it. Engage u'rself in reading book, or in any of u'r hobbies. If u can work think of working also, keep u'rself so busy that u rarely have time to think about kids and u'rself. That is what i'm doing now and it works best for me.

i beleive whatever happens ,happens for good. trust on god .he loves us.he is looking over us.

keep your positive approach .u never know when god will bless u with a baby.
i strongly beleive on god.but u should keep trying and shouldnt give up hopes.

u can chant or listen to gayatri mantra it will give u immense strength.

watch comedy serials .u will forget your grief.
remember good times u spent with your friends or family.
remember even your good time will come.this bad phase will be over soon.
