Hey November mommies (especially the first time mommies), if you have access to the Discovery channel, do watch this show called Birthday. I have been watching it for a month and I think I know everything that needs to be known about the delivery process (from natural, to induction to caesarian). I used to cringe at the sight of babies being born, but this show has done wonders to how I watch the whole process now.

In the US, it's on every day from 5 to 5:30 pm and is repeated later on in the night - around midnight (that's when I watch it). A show on Sundays called Special deliveries is similar.

So if you haven't already, do check it out if you get a chance.

I wish I had this channel too. I usually rent videos from the community library. They are amazing, but they make me nervous!

Hey Vindhya, yeah, more than nervous I was grossed out when I started watching the show. I was picturing myself going through that and was freaking out even more.
Now,after watching almost 50 of those episodes, I think the whole process of giving birth is beautiful and precious.

The show is for people like mua (too lazy to go out and rent videos) so as long as you know what to expect when you get into the delivery room, its all good.
