Hi everybody,

I want to know if any of you attending the Bradley clsses. This is another technique of childbirth which is mainly focused on Natural Births means no EPIDURAL ?

I have regiistered in Lamaze clsses but then I heard they are good if you want to take epidural.
Please let me know if you guys have heard anything about it. I am thinking of changing to Bradley classes because I won't be taking epidural.

Thanks
Ruchika

No Epidural!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Way to go Ruchika, good for you.

My mom feels that not having the epidural will make delivery process go faster but I dont mind spending an extra few hours if I can get some of em' anti pain drugs in me. I am all for natural birth too, just like Rama. :)

I haven't heard of Bradley classes being offered in Hospitals either, but since I have to register for them pretty soon I will let you know if I come across any info.

I heard bradley classes are mainly used in non-hostpital like environment (homes or birthing centers) I am not completely sure but you can get a lot of info on web about them.

But I should say that you are brave in saying that you would not want to take an epidural.. ( I am all up for Natural Birth but I want my epi or any other pain killer too!!!)

Diaper Service Provider,Bangalore
Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a Diaper Service Provider in Bangalore? They generally provide cloth diapers and replace them with a new set every 2-3 days.

Thanks in advance
