Hi all
I am 22yrs weighing 42kgs. My height is 5 '2 inches. As you guessed it i am atleast 6 kgs underweight. None of my family members are obesse but at the same time not too slim. I am non-vegetarian. can someone plz plzz give me few home remedies to put on weight? waiting for your replies.

u should increase ur wt as u r too slim in my openion..Well u shuld drink banana shake in morning and before sleeping...Eat all types of fruits specially banana, mango, pineapple etc etc...Do some easy excercise.if u eat healthy food and u don't feel lazy than u shuld,nt worry abt ur wt..

eating loads of rice dat to in nite time...for dinner i mean.........meat does not make us put on weight strangely........and chocolate to...eat to much of it and u loose weight......
