Hello all,
Its been a month i am using this board and find the topics and answers very useful and interesting.Hetal, you really take the time to answer the queries and you have loads of information.
I have a query..my baby boy will be completing 8 months next week(BW : 3 kgs, at 7.5 months he weighed 8 kgs). he is on 16 - 20 oz formula during the Day, BM b4 bed and 2 - 3 times during night. i started weaning him after he complted his 6 months(xclusively breastfed until then). I have given him all vegetables, certain lentils, breakfast cereals, fruits(non-citrus only),dairy products like cheese(haven't introduced yoghurt yet. he is not much of a eater though. I give him breakfast, lucnh and dinner and some titbits inbetween. he will have 2-3 teaspoons eagerly but then thats it.I feed him a bit more by playing and singing etc etc..Now that he is completing 8 months, what other foods should i introduce? what about the texture of foods? what indian spices can i use? how can i make him eat more solids or should i just follow his pace?
and i tried giving him some chunks of fruits as finger foods but i really fear his choking. what other finger foods can i give??

waiting for info,
