hi, we are moving from Singapore to Santa Clara, CA this month end. My dd is 15 months old. Can you pls suggest a good pediatrician around this area. and about diapers, how are they priced in the US?? Any tips on what to carry and what not to carry for my baby girl while travelling on plane and off plane/for the stay there. Thanks. your help is very much appreciated. sonia replied. hi ! welcome to santa clara ! so i think u should check your health insurance plan and check which doctors r available and which all r taking new patients. criteria for a good doctor for me is the number of years of experience as u would generally go to the doctor only for vaccinations and for cough and cold but with years of experience things get handled nicely and with a lot of judgement. so look into that + plus some male doctors r also good. lepler is good. u could just get an interview apt. with them first see for yourself and then keep them. so that is that. then for diapers and stuff there is costco a wholesale shop u could go to for diapers i am loosing memory about how much they cost.... u can also go to walmart, target and check for deals. us should carry the vaccination card with u for the stay here. then some baby stuff, medicines, baby food and other important things that the baby needs on a daily basis ! pedialyte etc. all the best !
