Hey guys !!Anybody knows any home remedy for clear periods (like u say \";khul ke\";) atom replied. hi dolly, do u know about kuthli?i dont know what it is called in english, in hindi it is kuthli.take a handful of it, dry fry it in a pan and soak it in water overnight. have the water in an empty stomach in the morning.
then cook the soaked kuthli with little salt. extract juice from a small amla size tamarind, add about 1 and 1/2 cups water, salt, 1 tsp rasam powder (which u get in south indian stores, sakthi masala or aachi masala is fine), 1/2 tsp asafetida, little jaggery and let boil for about 5 minutes, then mash the kuthli and add it to the tamarind water. when it starts to boil, remove from fire. heat about 2 tsp ghee, splutter jeera and kadhi leaves.
u can have the above during your periods. it removes all dirt from inside. this is followed in the south, when girls suffer from scanty bleeding, etc.
