whenever i do exercise like walking on treadmill i get spotting .it has started in this month and i am very surprised why it is so.i get spotting everyday after exercise from 6thday of period to 17th day.can u tell me what is the reason behind this.should i consult gynec?

i will approach my gynec .u are right actually my weight has increased in 2 month by 10 pounds due to heavy fatty diet.so i am going to watch on my diet and try to reduce my weight. thanks for your reply.
