Hi One of my relative give my daughter a used/ missing piece toy as a goody bag . it hurts my feeling that how cheap she thinks about us .
we are a very well to do family & richer then her
still she tries to do this time after time
how do i teach her a lesson ?

I was thinking of giving that toy back to her saying that its not age appropriate for my dauhter but I am not sure that is teh right thning to do or not

SG replied. just cool down ! If she is mean then thr is nothing to worry. Actually it depends on what relation u share with her. Like if she some cousin...just keep urself away from her...dont interact.
But she is somebody close like ur husbands sis etc then its better to bring the matter in hubby' s knowledge & keep quiet.Next time be sure she doesnt dare to do it.

Do ur relative have a kid. Then buy them a good toy which has many pieces(like puzzles) particularly all pieces. U simply give this gift and ask the kid in front of the relative whether he enjoyed the gift and whether it has all pieces. This will give her the message. U don' t need to return the gift. Simply forget and live life ur way.
