Hi All

My periods started on 24th in may,22nd in june and july's is not yet started....so i have done the HMT today morning, but it was negative(Archie I got a negative result ..I am really sad now....) ......another thing is my BBT is increasing(like on 12th day it was 36.4...now today it was 36.9). So Can anyone clarify this.. ..whats happening in my body...?????????actually i am thinking to wait for two more days and will try again HPT.

Recently I wrote about this in March 2007 board.
Personally I find nothing difficult with dates. But many in South India believes it forms heat in body. They are however good source of fiber to keep your bowel movements on target.

you can try avoiding them and see if that makes difference, but won't suspect from my side.

hang in there for a week before testing. take bed rest, drink lot of water and do not do stressful or heavy duty work.

Sumi,
we talk about possibilities and try to see what's best one can do. Not necessarily be that's the case, sometime things go wrong even after taking full care. But not taking care can certainly be more dangerous than taking care.

I do understand work pressure but can't say how badly it will impact situation.

Can you please not use SAD icon, especially for queries.
