Dear Archie,

Y'day morning around 2 hours i suffered with civier cramps and later i saw big fleshy clot cameout, then i got some bleeding throught out the day but night i only spotted brown, and i called to my Dr. to tell this situation and he said i may be miscarried and no need to take futher injection(progetrone), i still confused that is this my miscarriage or my normal periods came late! ( as i never face this kind of periods, i mean brown tissue)

Archie as i asked in my first post which day i should count as my 1 day of periods? to predict my ovulation for coming cycle

How soon after missed periods we can hear a fetus heatbeat?

Is low level HCG leads to loss early pregnency? if so how can i determain that i am pregnent to take precautions?( if hpt doesnt show positive but still pregnent)

Is chromosome abnormility could cause for this situation (this is my second loss of pregnency) wt test should take to find this?

Sorry to hear the news and I know one or two loss is loss and hard at each time.
however, your pregnancy was not established and there was a chance that you could not be pregnant as well. This shall provide some comfort while dealing/coping up with situations.

----the day you start bleeding so that be weak or strong flow, that's the first day of menses.

--- give about 2-3 weeks from the missed period date.

----normally negative hpt is no pregnancy and any time a few days after missing period a healthy pregnancy will pick up hpt. If not then chances are that mostly non pregnant or concerns are there with pregnancy if at all that's the case. Also if the hCG are low no care will help them boosting levels, beside injecting hCG twice a week. That also fails for some cases. If this was due to low progesterone one could start progesterone supplment from the day you identified missed period, but before that you whould need to know exact ovulation date.

----they will order many test if you loose one more time. Lets hope you won't for the next time.
