Hi freinds,
I'm a back sleeper....but now i sleep on left side as it improves the blood flow thru body n uterus as i have read....but in deep sleep,i sleep on back..i,e straight..xing my legs.
Is it okay.or do i have to sleep on side ways..always.
Hope sleep on back doesn't harm the baby.
If anybody have experinecd or experincing ...pls share ur views.

have a nice day,
lucky

I think it's advisable for u to sleep on yr side. It won't be too much pressure on yr uterus which will cause lower back pain. However, I do know that it isn't harmful for yr baby. I didn't know this for my first pregnancy and i always slept on my back.. My baby was just fine.

Kidney

just an advice
Hey Kavita,

I'd say you get the ultrasound done so you will be able to see what is going on. Vaginal ultrasound is a good idea too.
