Hi all, Im due on 12th around same time as you all, i got my first sono done, im 8 weeks pregnant now, and my first baby, had lot of nausea all day, but its getting better now...People say that you should bending and sittng on the floor. Do u know if thats true or just a myth ? Post ur feedback!!

morning sickness

i too suffer from morning sickness .. not just morning but afternoon and evening too ... so i completely understand your plight. the trick is to eat small meals but to never allow your stomach to become too empty or too full because that will aggravate the nausea. my doctor tells me it will get better after we cross 12 weeks .. so hang in there !

Hi i didnt have any u/s done but yeah had an internal scan n could see my child' heartbeat. Have you had any morning sickness? I am having a terrible time..let me know how can we reduce it.
