So long as your baby is feeding, that' s all that really matters. These days, formulas are packed with everything the baby needs, and although it is never as good as breast milk, it' s perfectly fine. It sounds like maybe what you are missing is the bonding that breast feeding provides? My first child had both breast and bottle milk for the first 6 months, when I had a miscarriage, at which time he stopped breastfeeding. This was really hard for me, but he is not a strong and intelligient boy and he' s happy. My second child is almost 2 and still breast-feeds during the night, having cows milk in a bottle during the night. Every child is different, and every woman is different. Just hang in there, and do what you feel is right for you and your child.

Very good doctor
Hi,

I delived a baby boy in March 2009. I consulted Dr.Chitra Ramamurthy during my pregnancy cycle. She' s one of the best doctors in Bangalore. Not many people know about her. She handled the entire process in a very professional manner. I used to visit her clinic in Jayanagar 3rd block. She is very caring and affable. She says what to do and what not to do. ... - Sandhya Rao [View Message]
