Due Date Club December 2005:weigth gain.

In my first 2 months i had lost 2 kgs of weight. and from then on i havent increased , i am right now 67 kgs and in my 17th week. My gynec has advised my to used AMWAY , iron and calcium capsules.
I want to know if anybody is using AMWAY products.
And please tell me ways to improve my weight.
Usally i have breakfast [south indian] and 1 glass of milk , then i have carrot juice, and then lunch. evening fruits and a glass of milk, some sprouts. and night dinner. Is this diet fine, or do i have to make changes.
please help.

Hi Sirisha,

Amway products are mainly given to pregnant woman to suppliment Folic acid,Iron,Calcium and VItamins.It is a normal thing that Amway products are suggested to pregnant woman.Hence dont worry and take care...
