Due Date Club December 2005:prenatal vitamins

hi all , i am in my 8th week and am having a lot of trouble keeping my prenatal vitamin down. everytime i take one, i throw up about an hour later .... whether in the morning or evening, on an empty or full stomach. does anyone else have this problem ? any suggestions would be most welcome .. thanks :)

thanks for the advice.i was trying the same formula for few days now and it has helped but not fully but it is ok aleast.

my problem is all same but the difference is that some days i dont vomit and some days i do.so in this case what should i do.please suggest

Hi! sam..
There will b vomiting when u r in 1st trimester, i rem when i was in my 1st tri every alternate days during my dinner after eating 1-2 chaptias i use to run for vomit so there will b inconvience... try by changing the time of prenetals try empty stomach or after 1hr of meal try taking in night when going for sleep.hope this helps.

yeah sometimes it happens with prenatls that dont suit you..if its everday problem n u've tried taking it in diff timing ask ur doc to suggest some diff barnd perneatls.As it may b possible cahnging- shifting to diff brand prenatls will work for you.
