Body and Fitness:can anyone help me?

Hi

Am 1m57cms and i now weigh 56kg. My ideal should be between 49 - 53kg. so i got a bit of weight to lose. It seems that the diets i'm used to aren't working anymore. can anyone suggest some 'realistic' diet? thanks.
Also i went to the gym for about 2 months, and i could see that i lot some weight but the needle on the scale wouldn't budge!

hi,
Nothign will works more than a walking.If you are going to office means just practice it by going by walk.Really it will works a lot to reduce your weight.Go for Walk for half-a hr a day.I'm sure you will feel a difference soon.good luck....

Once my doctor told me a short saying for a diet, that really helps...he told me to TRY not to eat anything WHITE...

dear nall,
It is not too much over weight. If your figure is good enough and do not look too odd or fatty it may be ok. Also if u are little heavy since childhood, it is ok for u. Be happy, what is with you But most important is don't allow more witght to put on you.Do regular execise and eat healthy food.

i have a big hips!! caz i have to set on a chair for 12 houres so plssss tell me something that i can do for my hips i have to do something so let me know as soon as posble so i can do something right a way .....

The best solution is to eat only healthy food and not too much and excercise for atleast 30 min. daily. then you will see a difference
