Motivation.....

Hello everybody, I am new to this site but I am kind of doing few things and has a goal of what few other friends in this thread and doing and hoping.... Loosing Weight!!

I am a mom of 2 young kids and not able to find time to exercise or do anything extra for myself to loose those extra pounds I have gained during and after my pregnancy.

But from last week, I am trying to set some motivation to myself and am trying to do exercise at least 3 times in a week to start with and then add up if I can.

Since I saw many of you are trying to reach some goals similar to mine, I was thinking why don't we all support each other by sharing what are we doing, what are we eating....etc.etc to keep us in the track. This will be beneficial and also we all can learn lot of new tips and correct some mistakes in case if we are doing some without knowing about it.....

SO Basically to motivate each other and achieve the best...I am thinking of running this thread. Your FEEDBACKS are welcomed! Please do reply....and let me know what do you all think about this..

hello all,
I kind of got busy at work the last 2-3 weeks and derailed from my plans/workout resolution etc... Now you can see how easy it's for me to skip and come out of my plans...I get distracted that easily whenever important things comes up...like work, project deadlines...

Anyhow, I think I should come back in track again this week, hopefully.

Let's keep moving ..... (you all probably are...) to reach the Goal!!

THanks Miti for your encouraging words...it's really good for us (who are trying to do the weight loss) to hear such a promising words like this.

Also 'Congratulations' on your sucess.... in 6 weeks you did it?!! Amazing...

You have also mentioned about a product which tremendaously helped you in reducing...but unfortunately I can't call you as I live in abroad. But will contact you to find more on that.

However, If you could share that info on this thread many others (in addition to me) can get help from that. ....Just a thought. Will try to contact you soon

I was actually in the same boat after my first delivery as you right now. I had also tried a lot of things to get rid of my enlarged belly in order to fit in to my old 26\" jeans. Hi Kanchana,

welcome to the group! (well.. right now the group is only you and me : )

Anyhow I am sure few others will join us soon. I am happy to see one person atlast replied...however we need keep people's busy schedule too in mind.

Anyway, share a little about you...like your goal ...steps you have taken OR planning to take in future for this weight loss program.

Like I said before in the topic beginning I have started drinking Lemon + Honey juice as it was described in the other thread. Also thinking of doing some exercises at least 3 times in a week to start and will try to do more as days move. I have just started all these roughly a couple of weeks back. I can say in a week only 5 days I took that juice in the ear. monring but will try to take everyday soon. I am 5' 6'' tall and I think I weigh somewhere around 163-165 pounds...I stopped checking my weight of lately as it makes me feel little sad :( I will continue my plans atleast for a month and then will check my weight!!

So howz ur work outs going on. We all want to do but due to time lack we feel lazy to do it. It requires a start then it wud go on.

I have a son, 2yrs. After my pregnancy i gained a lot of weight and i was 74kgs...now after 6 months of gym i have lost 10 kgs & am now 64 kgs. But as i am 5.1" by height i need to lose another 10kgs atleast.

I am now in Malaysia & have messed up with my diet by eating out on most of the weekends. I have gained now 2kgs...now i am 66kgs.

This has alarmed me & i have started doing my morning walks for half an hour & half an hour of floor exercises. I have just started, i hope to get my weight to atleast 60 kgs. Need to reduce a lot.

I shall keep u updated in the progress :D
