After listening to your suggestions and implementing some of them helped my life tremendously … thank you so much for the kind support ..
Well I have made few modifications in my lifestyle, hairstyle and thinking process too …
I have lost 2 kg weight after joining Yoga classes and got stitched lots of new dresses for myself … I have stopped not in totality of course but decreased frequency about negative thinking… go for morning walk as and when my schedule permits … go for outings with my elder kid and enjoy ridings, see saw , swings with him I feel extremely good seeing him happy and chuckling …he is the great source of inspiration for me… I have started ignoring my husband and he has also noticed the change and after so many years complimented on my looks and suit I wore ( his favourite colour) and asked if we could have dinner outside I agreed immediately and we enjoyed the day no nagging no questioning
He was little bit jealous which I enjoyed honestly speaking when people complimented
Now I have realized few things
ï‚§ Loosing weight can add lots of charm, confidence , and positivity in your life,
ï‚§ Positive thinking is the essence of any relationship
ï‚§ Sometimes ignoring your partners can bring joy in your life
ï‚§ If you want to be happy start feeling good about yourself first of all your body and everything
ï‚§ Life is after all not so negative and complicated as it seems
 Kids can do miracles in your life they are the GOD’s Avatar
ï‚§ Stop worrying about the past and future live in the present
