Hello,

I face a major problem during my Pre-menstrual period.

One or two weeks before my actual date of menses, I start getting irritated very frequently and i just cant control my anger during 2-4 days before the date. I feel very guilty later, but during that period, I just cant think of anything. I lose my temper on small things, and scold my son often for not listening to me. I know this is absolutely wrong, and i sincerely apologise to my son, later, but at that moment, i dont know how to control myself.

i get upset with my hubby on silly reasons. I had consulted to the doctor about this, but she said that PMS in normal and it happens because of the hormonal changes. But I need some way out to control myself.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP.

help is possible.Do you have any good ayurvedic doc in your area?There are good soluitons for pms in ayurveda,dont waste time try it out.I found brisk walking,also helpful.you need to walk/jog/some exercise which leaves you sweating panting but not drop dead tired,this seems to lift up sirits and help in pms too.There is evidence for this but to put it here now on this board is tough.Dont worry.cheer up.

Try meditation techniques and concentrate on breathing . This will help in anger control. Whenever you feel you are losing temper, leave the room. Drink a glass of water and breathe deeply for a minute. This might help.
