My baby hasn't pooped in the last 48 hrs. She has been feeding well about 8 times a day and has been passing urine also every feed. Her temperature seems to be fine. We tried giving her a warm bath to see if that would help her pass stools..but it hasn't helped so far..We have been burping her after every feed too. Is this normal in infants? My little one is about 2 weeks old. Are there any ways that might help the baby pass stools easily and also to ease her discomfort. Also, any home made remedy which you think might help. if your baby has not passd stools yet,,as its been 4days,,please consult your dr.
otherwise, offerng spinach, or green soups, ripe banana(only if your baby is nt sensitive to it, or does not have constipation with it will help),
you can also offer him some warm water in early morningg with a pinch of hing in it,,only if your baby is above 1 year,,it will help..
rest,,,by 4 days if your baby does nt pass stool,,,dr atten is needed !
