offer with combinations with mashed pastas,,hide the yolks by mashng it and putting them in gravies of your pastas,,or curries that you offer to babies,,mix wiwth mix vegetable gravy nd offer with dipped piece of roti(if above 8months),or multigrain toast orbread,,,scramble it, add in some cheese, some mix vege or fruit puree and make it a sandvich spreead or roti spread !
ruby all inputs are good,,can you please avoid adding yolk to boiled milk,,,rest all is ok...if you are making custard the bonding changes then m not worried,,but avoid putting yolk to boiling milk !
rest all make them eat in watever way they accept...
rest all is great !
good luck

My son had the same problem. I started giving that with his regular kichdi (rice, dal and carrot cooked with a dash of ghee and a pinch of salt). I used to hard boil the egg, take the yolk, smash it with fingers, and in every spoon of kichdi I used to hide this little and feed him. The kichdi was not too solid. After he turned one, I have started giving him scrambled egg, but he cannot eat a big piece, takes a lot of time to feed him with small pieces, but some how finishes it.
